Scooter Treats is South Africa’s first company to launch electric vehicles for deliveries in Townships. This new food delivery service which was founded by Fezile Dhlamini and partner, Thabane Ledwaba made its first deliveries in April, 2020.

Residents in the north of Johannesburg and Alexander can order meals from Baily’s and Junk Park, while Sowetans can order from Moja Cafe, Ukhamba Restaurant in Diepkloof and 2 Selai & a Butter.

What are the delivery fees
Delivery fees start at R20 in Alex and Soweto and are R40 for deliveries outside of those regions.
